Excel generates "Excel15.xlb" files automatically, when you open any workbook. In case, things don't work, you have the old copy backed up in step #3. Just rename it back to .xlb and you should be in the original situation again.

- Close all open Excel workbooks
- Go to directory "%appdata%\Microsoft\Excel", in Windows Explorer
- Rename the file: "Excel15.xlb" to "Excel15.bkp" (Just to keep a copy of this file)
